Volun3 Volunteer scheduling for teams that serve together.

Plan events, collect availability and fill every role — then let people know by email and see who has confirmed.

Features

Everything a volunteer team needs, nothing it doesn’t

Schedule grid

Assign people to roles across many events at once. Pickers put available people with the right skill first and warn about clashes.

Availability

Volunteers answer yes, partly or no for each event from their phone, with a note when it matters.

Notifications

One click emails everyone who is serving and sends admins a summary.

Confirmations

Ask assigned people to confirm, and see at a glance who still has to.

Roles and teams

Group roles into teams and hand each team leader just their part of the schedule.

On every phone

Install it to the home screen like an app, in English or Polish, light or dark.

Who it’s for

A volunteer schedule for every kind of team

Churches and parishes

Readers, musicians, altar servers and welcome teams for every service.

NGOs and charities

Shifts at the food bank, the helpline or the shelter, with the right people on each one.

Festivals and events

Crews for many shifts and stations, told by email before the day.

Clubs and associations

Stewards, coaches and helpers for match days, trips and meetings.

How it works

From plan to event day in three steps

  1. 1

    Set up

Admins add roles, people and events — or create a whole season from a template.

  2. 2

    Collect

Volunteers mark when they can serve.

  3. 3

    Schedule

Fill the roles, notify the team and watch the confirmations come in.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do volunteers need to install anything?

No. Volun3 works in the browser on any phone or computer. Volunteers can add it to their home screen to open it like an app.

How do volunteers find out when they are serving?

Admins notify the team by email in one click. Each volunteer can also subscribe to a personal calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

Can team leaders manage just their own team?

Yes. Give a leader admin rights for one team or a few roles, and they see and schedule only that part.

Which languages does it support?

Polish and English. Each person picks their own language, and admins can translate the names of events, roles and teams.

What happens to our data?

Each organisation’s data is kept separate. Pages inside an organisation are never tracked; on the public pages we use Google Analytics only if you agree. The Privacy Policy explains where it is stored and for how long.

Where can I learn how it works?

There are step-by-step guides and short videos for volunteers and admins. Open the guides
